Job Interview Questions

The old salary requirement question is always a tough interview question. Many people will always state to them exactly what you want and what you are leaving to get it. This is not always the best answer.

If you feel uncomfortable answering this question, don’t! If the interviewer
insists that you answer, it is your decision rather or not to answer. Do whatever makes you feel good. You are the one who has to live with your answer.

Remember though your salary may not have been as high as you would like it to be. But you may have gotten really good benefits at your last job. Always include your total salary and any bonus or commission that you may have received. This will boost that number right up.
